Cancellation and Delivery policy

CANCELLATION
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to a โ€œcooling offโ€ period (ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the Goods) within which you can cancel for any reason. This period begins once your order is complete.

DELIVERY
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you havenโ€™t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@friendsofferguson.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at admin@fofh.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number,] place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • A ยฃ1 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of ยฃ10
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
